The city has set up four environmental parks in Laohukeng, Qingshuihe, Pingshan and Baigehu according to the west, middle, east and north. The environmental sanitation facilities outside the park will be closed after the design and operation period expires. At present, due to the current low level of facility construction and unclassified garbage, the other three environmental parks have not made substantial progress except for tiger pits. Of the three garbage incineration plants planned for expansion, only the second phase of Laohukeng was completed.
